Dr. Ernst Schriefl is founder of ecoPolicy-Lab (together with Martin Putschek).
CV:
• 1987 – 2000: Studies in computer science and environmental technology,
diploma thesis on energy consumption behaviour of private households
• 2002 - 2007: PhD Study at Insitute for Energy Economics (Energy Economics Group)
• 2007: dissertation on modeling the Austrian building and heating system stock and its impacts on carbon emissions and energy consumption
• 1999 – 2007: Scientific staff member at Energy Economics Group (TU Vienna)
• since 2007: (part time) staff member at „energieautark consulting gmbh“, Wien
• 2007/2008: lector at FH Technikum Wien, environmental management
• Since Dec. 2008: chairman of „ecoPolicy-Lab“
